The location of this hotel is fantastic, with it being very central and close to all the main attractions. It is also in a safe and clean area, ensuring a pleasant stay. the rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for a group of friends. the staff is helpful and accommodating, making sure all our needs are met.

The check-in process was a bit challenging, as we had to contact the staff by phone and experienced difficulty in reaching them. This resulted in a 30-minute wait outside the hotel, which was frustrating.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the accessible facilities and the helpful and accommodating staff. the location was perfect, right in the center of Setúbal, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and services nearby. the room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Iara, the contact person, was professional and quick to respond to any inquiries.

There was a rancid smoke smell in the flat. It was the only flaw that couldn't be overlooked.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of this accommodation was perfect for our romantic escape. We were right in the heart of the old downtown district, surrounded by charming restaurants and vibrant bars. It made it so easy to enjoy a romantic dinner and a night out without having to go far. Plus, having free parking close by was a huge bonus for us. The staff was also top-notch, always available and willing to help.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The apartment was accessed via some very steep stairs, which made it a bit challenging to carry our luggage up and down.
